Head to the Register page and fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number, email address, and a strong password. A one-time code will be sent to your mobile to verify the number. Once confirmed, your account is ready to use immediately. The whole process takes under two minutes.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use BPExch. Age confirmation is required during sign-up. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be permanently closed and any balance returned subject to verification.

No. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are against the platform's terms. If you have accidentally created a second account, contact support to have the duplicate removed before it affects your main account standing.

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered mobile number or email. A reset code will be sent to that contact point. Enter the code, choose a new password, and you will be back in your account within a couple of minutes.
